Position

Asger Heine Jensen has extensive experience with commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property rights. He advises foreign and Danish companies whose business revolve around IP rights on e.g. R&D matters, joint ventures, licensing, investment, private placements, M&A and transactional matters. He has extensive legal and commercial experience with respect to advising clients within the IT and Media and Entertainment segments, and his practice includes numerous computer game producers.
Asger is an experienced litigator, and he has over the years represented numerous domestic and international clients in both IP and commercial litigations before arbitration courts and national courts, including the Supreme Court, as well as the European Court of Justice.
