Horten‘s IP and technology group is jointly led by Asger Heine Jensen and Jakob Krag Nielsen. It has expertise across patents, trade marks and copyright issues, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters. The group is particularly strong in litigation, with Jensen and Nielsen having extensive experience in this area; the latter also advises on the commercialisation of IP rights and the implementation of IP strategies. Jens Grønkjær Sjølander Pihl‘s arrival in April 2021 has bolstered the team’s offering in licensing and IP matters relating to IT law.
