Lawyer Rankings

Denmark > Dispute resolution

Horten fields a ‘very good and competent’ dispute resolution group, which specialises in complex commercial arbitration and litigation as well as financial disputes, particularly those with cross-border and international elements. White-collar defence is another core pillar of the group’s practice, and often sees the team appearing before the Danish Supreme Court. Birgitte Frølund leads the department and acts on behalf of financial institutions and international commercial corporations on critical mandates. Jakob Tingskov is another key point of contact and advises both domestic and international clients on all aspects of cross-border dispute resolution.
