Habib is a Junior Associate in the firm within Litigation Department, predominantly focused on Litigation matters before all UAE courts, and in civil, commercial, and labor disputes.
He is assisting our Partners, Senior Associates with all type of laws suits before the Dubai Courts and Federal Courts of the UAE. His Practice mainly focused on litigation.
Prior to joining Fichte & Co, Habib was the youngest lawyer in his country – Sudan, has extensive knowledge in contentious matters having worked with leading law firms in Khartoum, He has advised and acted for companies, individuals and he advised clients on liquidation matters. Before joining Fichte & Co, he has worked for one of the leading semi-governmental companies as a legal advisor gaining experience in UAE court proceedings.
Habib highly organized, hardworking, and motivated young Legal Advisor, with strong legal professional background in the UAE. He speaks Arabic and English fluently and can effectively communicate with clients and co-ordinate multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
Habib is a registered member of Sudanese Bar Association.
