Position

Elin Mack Løvdal’s main focus and expertise is relating to real estate; transactions, development, leases, financing and investment structuring. She is specialized in M&A, with a clear focus on all types of real estate transactions, including sale lease back transactions, forward transactions, and syndicated investment structures with tailor-made fee arrangements. She also has extensive experience in both property development and property management, including setting up joint venture structures and negotiating lease agreements. In addition she advises on corporate law including advising board members and management on risk and leverage for distressed companies. Elin Mack Løvdal is also assisting clients with financial transactions, including high yield bonds, bank loans and hybrid capital, and assessing possible capital structures from a legal perspective.

Mack Løvdal is recommended by all major international rankings, including Chambers & Partners, Legal 500 and Who’s Who. She is listed as one of the ten best real estate lawyers in Norway by the newspaper Finansavisen.
