Alberto Giampieri represents corporate clients and has been involved in several important M&A public and private transactions on the Italian market, mentioned in the most significant Italian and international newspapers.

Within the Corporate Finance Department of Legance, he regularly advices multinationals, private equity funds, investment banks and global financial institutions, focusing on mergers, spin offs, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Alberto Giampieri is the author of many articles published in Italian legal reviews.

Legance - Avvocati Associati's practice covers acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, shareholder and voting agreements, and joint ventures. Filippo Troisi, who leads the corporate finance department, acted for Banco BPM on the sale of asset management business Aletti Gestielle to Anima Holding; Giorgio Vanzanelli advised Sonatrach on the acquisition of a refinery in Sicily; and Bruno Bartocci acted for GTCR on the Italian law aspects of the acquisition of Albany Molecular Research.
