Andrea Botti deals with mergers and de-mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. He advises Italian and foreign corporations (private and public), private equity and wealth funds, as well as managers and entrepreneurs operating in a variety of industries. He gained significant experience in drafting and negotiating share purchase agreements, investment agreements, shareholders agreements and other commercial contracts.
