Antonella advises major Italian and international clients on environmental and administrative law issues, corporate environmental policies, risk management, health and safety issues. Has broad expertise in the energy sector advising clients on the development of energy projects, environmental permits, environmental and electricity regulatory compliance, negotiation with public authorities, settlements and administrative litigation issues. She developed significant experience on permitting issues connected to the development of offshore terminals and energy and oils infrastructure projects. Other areas of expertise include the implementation of the WEEE and ROHS Directives in Italy and the compliance with the Emission Trading Directive.
