Barbara Sancisi is a Partner in the Investment Funds department and has a solid corporate and M&A background. She advises private equity and other alternative asset fund managers, institutional investors and investment advisors on numerous issues, including fund formations, secondary transactions, investments, governance, compliance, carried interest and co-investments, re-organizations and restructurings.

She is a frequent speaker in many conferences and seminars and is a member of the Tax&Legal Committee of AIFI – Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital.
