Simone Ambrogi has a large experience in project financing and PPP deals (Partenariato pubblico-privato), with particular focus on the infrastructure, utilities and energy sectors, assisting sponsors, banks and financial institutions in some of the most relevant deals of the past few years. Simone regularly deals with a wide range of project finance deals, assisting leading sponsors and lenders in major holdco financings in the energy sector, he has also acquired a broad expertise in the hospital and infrastructure sector. Simone is also constantly involved in the structuring of the corporate governance and the financing and concession agreements of companies operating in the water integrated service and in the waste sector, both with in-house and joint enterprises structure, in this sector he is recognized to be as one of the main reference lawyers for the operators and the financiers.
