Ebba Hoogenraad was admitted to the bar in 1985 and has been focusing on the advertising industry since 1989.
Clients particularly praise her point and practical advice, always noting what is possible. Ebba counsels many high profile advertising agencies and brand owners on advertising law, food law and intellectual property law. In addition, she litigates before the Dutch self-regulatory bodies and civil courts. Ebba assists clients in case of enforcement actions by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA), such as inspections, attachments of goods, warnings or fines and recalls in case of a breach of the Dutch Commodities Act. She also advises several producers of health and nutrition products on product information and the European Claims Regulation.
