Clients particularly praise her to the point and practical advice, always focusing on what is possible. Ebba counsels many high profile national and international advertising agencies and brand owners on various aspects of advertising law, food law and intellectual property law. For example about precautionary allergen labelling (PAL), health and medical claims, label checks, food safety, sustainability claims, alcohol advertising.
