In 1996 he joined a leading international tax law firm of which he became partner in 2003. He joined Facchini Rossi Michelutti Studio Legale Tributario as name partner in June 2019.

He is member of the IBA (International Bar Association).

He is an independent director and member of the board of auditors of various companies.

He provides tax assistance to domestic and foreign corporate groups, banks and private equity funds. His areas of expertise include M&A and reorganisation transactions, financial taxation, corporate taxation, international taxation, transfer pricing and patent boxmanagement incentive plans, assistance in pre-litigation procedures and tax litigation.

He is the author of various publications on tax law matters and he often speaks at domestic and international seminars and conferences.
