Career
Shoam has extensive experience representing and advising both governmental and private entities on infrastructure projects. She specializes in the legal aspects of the process of obtaining approvals for a wide variety of Master Plans at the local, regional and national levels, as well as in local licensing procedures, involving all levels of Israeli zoning authorities.
Shoam also has experience in representing all types of clients in objection proceedings as part of the zoning process. Shoam specializes in representing infrastructure companies and governmental companies in legal proceedings related to land expropriation and compensation with respect thereto and represents clients in all types of proceedings before the Israel Land Authority.
Shoam has wide experience in litigation and dispute resolution in all aspects of her fields of expertise.
Before joining the firm, and for ten years, Shoam was the head of the Planning and Construction and Administrative practice group at Charcon, Ben-Ami, Asher & Co. & Neeman, Keinan & Co.
