We strongly believe in supporting individuals, groups and non-profit organizations unable to afford legal representation and counsel. As a result, our partners, associates and interns contribute broadly to improve the accessibility of legal services to those in need and promote various community-oriented, philanthropic and charitable activities. We regularly partner with clients and various civic and charitable organizations on pro bono initiatives to maximize the impact of our work. Our vast pro bono activity has been recognized by both Dun’s 100 and the Israel Bar Association.

Much of our recent focus in the pro bono arena has been on the plight of the children of migrant workers, focusing on their human right to remain in Israel, the only country they know as home. Led by Dr. David Tadmor, our team continues to represent the children in their fight against deportation and, more importantly, for equality.

In 2019, Tadmor Levy was crowned Euromoney’s Women in Business Law ‘Firm of the Year’ for Israel. Since winning, we have renewed, refreshed and doubled our efforts; Tadmor Levy’s commitment to encouraging and mentoring female entrepreneurship is showcased by the women partners right across the firm, many of whom head their departments.

Tadmor Levy knows that a firm that is diverse in age, race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or physical/mental ability is a firm that will thrive. A diverse workplace consists of individuals with unique backgrounds, characteristics and qualities.

An inclusive workplace creates an equitable environment where individuals are respected and where they are welcome.

In that vein, at Tadmor Levy we are committed to diversity and inclusion in all that we do.

Our clients benefit from the international perspective of more than 100 multi-lingual lawyers and interns who have trained, studied and practiced overseas. We work closely with our clients to develop a thorough understanding of their business, how they operate and where they plan to go, tapping into a comprehensive international and domestic experience that allows us to take domestic clients worldwide, while closely supporting international companies establishing and growing their presence in Israel.

As one of Israel’s elite law firms, our unwavering focus on providing both unparalleled excellence and high-quality service to clients attracts clients from across the board and earns us consistent top-tier rankings in various legal directories, including Chambers Global, The Legal 500, IFLR1000, Global Competition Review and Who’s Who Legal.

We are market leaders in legal and business creativity and in recognising market trends. Over a decade ago, we became the first Israeli law firm to establish a physical presence in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), having recognised the increasing demand for lawyers knowledgeable in local PRC laws, customs and languages.
