Career

Ahmed is a litigation and arbitration partner based in Kuwait and has been with the firm since 1998. Prior to joining ASAR, Ahmed was in-house counsel at one of the leading banks in Kuwait. Ahmed also practiced in Egypt for seven years.

Ahmed has represented multinational clients before both Kuwaiti Courts and international arbitration bodies in complex cases involving construction, agencies and distributorships, banking and finance and government procurement contracts. Further, Ahmed has represented major defense contractors in negotiating procurement contracts with the Kuwaiti Government and advised on banking and finance transactions.
