Paul is a corporate and commercial law partner based in Kuwait and has been with the firm since 1999. Prior to joining ASAR, Paul practiced in Canada for six years.
Paul has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law matters including the representation of local and foreign clients in franchise, establishment of Kuwaiti companies, employment, construction, taxation and agency/distributorship related matters. Paul regularly advises international construction and engineering firms on litigation and arbitration matters involving state-owned and governmental counterparties in the oil and other sectors.
