Career

Brenda Ntambirweki is a senior associate based in Kuwait and has been with the firm since 2014. Prior to joining ASAR, Brenda practiced in Uganda for five years.

Brenda has extensive experience in corporate/M&A and banking and finance, including representing clients in the processes involved with corporate acquisitions and corporate restructuring, advising clients on structuring corporate vehicles for undertaking acquisition transactions, advising various local and international lenders on their conventional and Islamic finance transactions, including local and cross-border corporate finance transactions and asset finance (with a focus on aircraft lease and finance), and debt restructuring.
