Mergers & Acquisitions, Doha West Power Generation and Distillation Plant: Provided invaluable assistance to the local services provider, focusing on regulatory compliance and meticulous review of legal documentation. This included thorough examination of the Joint Venture Agreement with the foreign partner, as well as reviewing Subcontractor Agreements.
