Position
Laurens Prickartz, lawyer, specialises in insolvency law and corporate law. He also advises and conducts legal proceedings on various corporate law issues, including directors’ liability, commercial contracts and financing and collateral. He also advises on bankruptcies and the lead-up to this. Furthermore, his work includes advising on restructuring.
In addition, the courts regularly appoint Laurens as a receiver in bankruptcy cases. He is also actively involved in bankruptcies where other Buren staff have been appointed as receivers.
