Position
As an associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team, I advise local and international clients on real estate development, rent, management, and construction matters.
Career
Team work. The opportunity to work on major real estate and construction projects together with leading experts allows me to contribute to the success of our clients and encourages me to further develop my knowledge in this field. When working on client assignments I always aim to take a deeper look into the situation in order to better understand client needs and to provide the best-suited solutions.
Real estate. Real estate due diligence, preparation of various types of real estate transactions is my daily work. I also advise clients on real estate development projects, which require specific industry knowledge and deeper analysis of regulation of certain fields (e.g environment protection, energy, infrastructure).
Professional development. I believe that continuous professional development and lifetime learning is an inseparable part of a lawyer’s profession. For this reason I often participate in international conferences, workshops and summer law schools, enabling me to acquire knowledge that is valuable in my legal work.
Experience in non-governmental organisations. During my studies I was actively involved with the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA). My work as a member of the ELSA board helped me to develop strong teamwork, time management and communication skills.
