Corporate and M&A. Jurgita assists clients in drafting corporate documents such as articles of association, decisions of corporate bodies and filing applications with the Register of Legal Entities. She also assists in implementing changes in corporate structure and drafting documents related to mergers or acquisitions, conducting research in case law and other tasks in this field.

Employment. Jurgita’ work in the field of employment includes drafting employment related documentation, such as hiring and exits, conducting research in case law and other tasks.
