Position
I am a senior associate with the firm’s Real Estate & Construction team in Lithuania. I have a deep knowledge of regulations and the state land and construction supervisory system acquired during a career in government institutions. This experience enables me to identify risks and provide solutions for real estate developers.
Career
Real-estate development. In addition to carrying out wide scope due diligences for leading Lithuanian real estate developers, I advise on issues concerning construction, territorial planning, cultural heritage and state-owned land regulation. My ability to understand the technical aspects of real estate projects allows me to create more value for clients.
Law making. During a career in government institutions I have contributed to drafting and implementing legal acts – laws, technical regulations for construction and sub statutory laws, in the sphere of territorial planning and construction.
Litigation. Extensive experience in representing state supervisory government institutions in court cases further enables me to advise clients in dispute with state authorities.
