Position
I am a senior associate specialising in the fields of IP, IT, telecommunications and data protection and also handle various commercial matters, especially in regulated business areas such as provision of gambling services or the tobacco trade. As a member of the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) team, I am regularly involved in advising on launching novel services and developing new technologies.
Career
Understanding clients. I provide wide-ranging legal advice covering many regulatory and commercial matters. Experience in different legal fields and business areas enables me to constantly improve and to understand every client’s differing needs.
Working with market leaders. From advising Google in relation to information society services to assisting TUI in entering the Baltic travel market, I value the opportunity to work with industry leaders which I can both help and learn from.
Contributing to innovation. The legal areas I specialise in allow me to be at the forefront of innovation. I assist clients in introducing new products such as assisted or automated driving capability, Big Data processing solutions, various ‘Internet of Things’ services and other technologies which shape the future.
GDPR e-course. With assistance from my colleagues, I prepared an e-learning course covering the most important GDPR provisions. A quiz and real life examples included in the e-course are extremely useful to understand what the GDPR is all about.
