Work Department

Competition & Regulatory, Dispute Resolution & Risk Management

Position

Specialising in the field of transport law, I advise clients on matters related to carriage of passengers and goods by rail, road, sea and air. I have 7 years of experience in this field. I also advise on diverse contractual matters.

Career

Attention to clients and understanding their needs. Before joining the Sorainen team I worked for 7 years in two leading Lithuanian transport and logistics companies as an in-house lawyer. This experience is particularly valuable when trying to answer questions such as what does the client really need and how can I contribute to the client’s success?

Creative approach to problem solving. I believe that there are no unsolvable problems, you only need a little bit of imagination, legal professionalism and the ability to evaluate risks effectively.

Collaboration and major projects. I am honoured to provide our clients with wide-spectrum legal advice and to assist in projects shaping the future of the region while collaborating with the international Sorainen team and global law firms. I am a member of a joint team advising RB Rail on drafting the underlying international treaties, infrastructure management agreements and revisions to national laws that are needed for management of the Rail Baltica cross-border railway infrastructure.
