Position
As a member of the Sorainen Dispute Resolution & Risk Management team, I specialise in litigation and have extensive experience in bankruptcy proceedings. My work involves advising and representing clients in both court and out-of-court disputes as well as in negotiations. I am motivated by working with a team whose main purpose is to provide the highest quality legal services to our clients and to offer them the most efficient and innovative solutions.
Career
Representing bankruptcy administrators. I represented one of the biggest bankruptcy administrators in Lithuania in bankruptcy proceedings involving two banks and advised the client on bank management and administration, litigation and application of manager’s liability matters. I also advised the bankruptcy administrator on bankruptcy proceedings involving a credit union and on court disputes with creditors of the union.
Experience in litigation. I assist and represent clients in court disputes concerning application of manager’s liability and compensation of damages.
President of the Lithuanian Young Bar Association. As president of this organisation I am happy to be able to contribute to promoting legal education and to the development of practical skills of the organisation’s members as well as to represent their interests in various institutions. Through leading this organisation I have gained valuable project management experience and other competencies essential in my legal work.
