Position

As a senior associate, my primary focus is on employment law, where I have significant experience in the full scope of employment related matters, including dispute resolution, corporate law, data protection and taxation.

Career

Wide scope of advice. I have significant experience in advising local and international clients on a wide range of individual and collective relationships such as hiring and exits of management and other employees, including non-competition, confidentiality and IP protection. I also advise on preparation of remuneration, bonus and other benefit policies and individual agreements, adaptation of international clients’ HR policies to local legal requirements and investigation of sophisticated breaches of working duties.

Preparing collective agreements. I advise on local and international company-group level (European Works Council) employee representation, communication with employee representatives and preparation of collective bargaining agreements.

Training and lecturing. My work involves trainings to employers, managers and employees, including employee representatives, on employment-related rights and obligations. I am also a guest lecturer at events on HR topics for personnel professionals, lawyers, as well as senior company executives and business owners.

Representing clients at state resolution bodies. Together with our team, I regularly represent clients with state labour dispute resolution bodies, such as the labour dispute commission or the court, in sophisticated large-scope employment-related disputes.
