Andris Vilisons’ practice lies in the fields of real estate, construction and the environment, with a focus on clients active in real estate and construction or the food, agriculture and forestry sectors. Effective negotiation skills. Andris owes good negotiation skills to experience from participating in many real estate-related transactions, as well as developing work and out-of-work relations. In negotiations, he follow the principle of providing all arguments with both legal and logical reasoning and leaving emotions aside. And you always have to be sure that the opposing party understands.

In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions. As a member of firm’s Real Estate and Construction sector group, Andris has participated in many types of real estate transactions. The experience, legal knowledge and best market practice gained helps him to provide clients with the best legal advice, particularly in matters related to territorial planning, real estate lease and purchase transactions, and real estate due diligence.
