Career
As an senior associate with our Real Estate & Construction practice, Mirjam Vichmann advises clients in real estate transactions, planning proceedings, as well as disputes concerning planning and real estate.
Transaction work. Mirjam has worked on preparing and concluding some of the past years’ most prominent real estate transactions in Estonia.
Planning and land consolidation. Mirjam advises both local governments and private individuals in complex planning proceedings and negotiations between the parties, while also assisting local governments to prepare and adopt planning solutions. Coordinating and preparing land consolidation proceedings is within her area of expertise.
Planning and real estate disputes. Representing both local governments and private individuals in complex planning disputes and real estate related disputes is another important part of Mirjam’ portfolio.
M&A and corporate law. Having experience in the fields of M&A and corporate law, Mirjam Vichmann views real estate-involved transactions as a complex whole, where the benefits and risks of different aspects of any transaction have to be taken into account.
Academic work. She has taught introduction to law at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy.
