Career

Anja Strojin Štampar is Senior Counsel at Jadek & Pensa Law Office. She is specialised in corporate law and corporate governance. With more than fifteen years of expertise in management and senior positions in different companies, she gained in-depth legal and business knowledge of the management of assets, pension funds and companies. As a member of the management and as attorney-at law, she took part in several merger and sales processes in Slovenia, while she also has extensive experience in pension fund management. She has been habilitated for an Assistant Professor for Civil and Commercial Law at the European Law Faculty and is a lecturer in commercial law at undergraduate law studies.

Anja has a PhD in Corporate Law and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management. She completed LL.M. in International Business Law at McGill University, Canada, and in addition to Law, she also graduated from French Language and Literature and General Linguistics at the University of Ljubljana.
