Ana is an Associate at Prica & Partners. She focuses on corporate and M&A, restructuring & insolvency, competition, as well as tax law. Ana assists Serbian and international companies on all types of corporate/commercial law issues, including corporate and commercial transactions, incorporation and disinvestment matters, contract drafting and review, shareholder issue as well as corporate governance. She participated as a member of the team in preparation of filing and the obtaining of several merger control approvals, as well as being involved in clearance of acquisition procedures before the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition.

Darija Ognjenović is an expert in merger clearances, restrictive arrangements, and block and individual exemptions, along with state aid and Serbian Competition Authority proceedings; and Tijana Lalić advises clients from the pharmaceutical, retail, and banking and finance sectors.
