Career

François is a specialist in all areas of litigation with a particular expertise in commercial litigation. His diverse practice includes contract law, debt recovery, insolvency & restructuring, real estate and construction law, as well as Employment and Immigration law. He is frequently appointed by the court as receiver of unclaimed estates and non-commercial associations. Before joining MOLITOR, he worked for 18 years with established law firms in Luxembourg.
