Laurent Henneresse is a dual qualified lawyer in Luxembourg (Avocat à la Cour) and England and Wales (Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales – non-practising).

He advises institutional and corporate clients on cross-border and domestic financing (syndicated finance, real estate finance, project finance), insolvency proceedings, and restructuring deals involving the enforcement of financial collateral arrangements. Laurent also assists Luxembourg regulated institutions in relation to regulatory issues (including authorisation process, change of shareholder, and liquidation).

His transactional experience allows him to provide sharp pre-litigation advice on investment and shareholder disputes, and participate in the development of expert opinions on specific financial law issues.
