Ronit Sutton Salkind is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on commercial litigation. 

Ronit is an expert in managing commercial disputes before all instances of the Israeli courts, including arbitration and mediation proceedings. Some of the legal disciplines she specializes in include consumer protection, environmental protection, communications, securities & corporations, defamation, banking and administrative law. Furthermore, Ronit is richly and exceptionally experienced in class actions and in recent years has accrued a notable number of achievements in the dismissal of large-scale claims against her clients, while fully protecting their commercial rights and interests. 

As a part of her diverse proficiency in the field of dispute resolution, Ronit is a certified mediator, with over a decade of accumulated knowledge in mediation. Her arbitration expertise, coupled with her vast knowledge and activity in arbitration, allow her to provide her clients with precise solutions for their needs, regardless of the legal forum deliberating their cases. Ronit’s clientele includes some of the most prominent companies in the market, spanning a broad spectrum of industries, such as insurance, transportation, import, distribution food and more. 

Moreover, Ronit is an active member of the Israel Bar Association and of other professional institutions. She serves, as a chairperson of the Class Action Committee of the Bar Association and a member of the executive committee of the Academic Center for Law & Business.
