On top of his extensive labor law activities, Moshe handles a broad range of commercial claims and disputes, while representing enterprises of all types and industries. Over the years, Moshe has led large-scale commercial claims before all instances of the court, including the Supreme Court, and has greatly contributed to a number of rulings of high significance to the Israeli economy as a whole.
