Position

Oren Tenenboim is a partner in the firm’s litigation department.

Oren specializes in the conducting and management of complex litigation (before all judicial instances), in arbitration and mediation processes, in civil, commercial and administrative law.

Oren was a lecturer at the Buchman Faculty of Law at the Tel Aviv University, where he taught the Israel Political System course (headed by Prof. Gad Barzilai), and a Contract Law course lecturer (headed by Dr. Eli Bukaspen) at IDC Herzliya Law School. 

Oren did the first half of his internship at the Supreme Court (under the guidance of the late Honorable Justice Dov Levine).He completed the second half of his internship at the law firm of Bach, Arad, Sharf & Co. Oren, where after being admitted to law, continue to work as an associate and later as a partner, until the death of Adv. Bach and the firm’s dissolution. A short time thereafter, Oren joined EKT law firm commercial litigation team until joining M. Firon & Co. by virtue of the firms’ merger in 2015. 

Additionally, Oren is a qualified mediator (Tel Aviv University).
