Shirley Dahan is a partner at M. Firon & Co., with extensive experience in commercial law, and expertise in corporate, M&A, start-ups and international trade. 

Shirley serves as a legal advisor of different entities, including international organizations, engaged in a large variety of business fields and operations. Shirley provides her clients with comprehensive legal services, starting from day-to-day matters of the corporate operations and management, through various agreements and large and complex international transactions. Shirley has also represented foreign and Israeli clients in some of the major anti-dumping cases in Israel.

Through the years, Shirley focused on providing legal services to start-up companies in various fields, including cyber, cellular, healthcare and green energy, in all stages of the company’s life-cycle, including the seed stage, R&D and protection of intellectual property rights, review of the basis and legality of the intended operations, launch of business operations, investments, shareholders relationships, joint ventures and M&A transactions. Shirley also serves as a legal advisor of investors, including private funds, during due diligence reviews and investment transactions.
