Position

Gili Riesel is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on real estate. For the past two decades, Gili has accumulated extensive experience in real estate law, representing top companies in wide-ranging commercial and residential projects. She specializes, among other things, in the acquisition of commercial properties, combination transactions, land selling, as well as advises on intricate construction projects, such as TAMA 38. Gili’s expertise spans across all aspects of a real estate project, including planning, financing and taxation. Her legal proficiency is accompanied by rich, practical experience in dealing with a multitude of issues which tend to arise during a project’s life-cycle, such as dissolution of real estate partnerships. Gili provides legal services to some of Israel’s leading construction companies, real estate developers, contractors and private entities. On top of her position at the Firm, Gili has been volunteering at the “Ladies’ Circle” Association for the past 12 years, where she provides legal support and advice.
