Jacob (Koby) Sarov is a partner at M. Firon & Co., focusing on the areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic guidance and consulting and international transactions. Jacob leads the internet law, gaming and e-commerce practices at the firm. Jacob advises companies in Israel and abroad in the area of e-commerce law and he possesses a specialized proficiency in all legal aspects of online gaming (real and social gaming) and counsels the leading internet gaming companies with respect to M&A transactions, corporate, licensing and other issues. Jacob also provides regular, ongoing commercial and corporate legal services to start- up companies, to complex real estate ventures both in Israel and abroad, as well as to clients in traditional industries, including some of the leading corporations in the food industry. For several years, Jacob worked in the international commercial department at one of the most distinguished law firms in New York City. Jacob spearheads the activities of M. Firon & Co. in the firm’s capacity as the sole Israeli representative of the prestigious legal “Interlaw” network, including participating in Interlaw’s international conventions. Jacob is a member of the board and audit committee of “The Ring of Life”, a non-profit organization that was established to educate and train the general population, especially the disadvantaged and under-privileged segments of society, in various martial art forms and self-defense.
