Position

tzchak (Itzik) Blau, who has been specializing for nearly 30 years in all aspects of commercial law, especially in capital markets – corporations and securities, joined M. Firon in 2018 with his team. Formerly, he has been a partner for many years in a leading Tel Aviv Firm, and then for over a decade, led a part of a private boutique firm which comprised of 15 lawyers.

Itzik has been prominent for many years as a commercial lawyer with diverse abilities, enabling him to offer a full and comprehensive solution to his clients in all aspects of commercial law. These capabilities are embedded in a combination of legal understanding and professionalism at the highest level, together with a thorough business, financial and accounting understanding. All this has brought Itzik to be an inseparable part of the strategic thinking team of each of the senior managements of his clients, including leading Israeli and international corporations, and above all to be recognized as their outstanding confidant.
