Career

Luis Mas is a specialist in family businesses, companies related to Internet businesses, companies in the nautical sector, both industrial and commercial, as well as those related to the field of top-level nautical competition; foundations and non-profit organisations and venture capital companies. He participates in monitoring committees of investment companies, as secretary of several Boards of Directors and Patron of several foundations.

Founding partner and director of MDV&Associats and VIM Audit, he has over 35 years’ experience as a tax advisor to companies, entrepreneurial initiatives and new businesses.

He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona, as well as a degree in Auditing and a PADE from IESE. Luis Mas is also a member of associations such as AEDAF, the Association of Economists of Catalonia, the Commission of Tax and Accounting Experts, Director of ACCID, REGA, REGAF, REC and ICAC.
