The practice regularly acts for officers and directors, financial institutions, debtors as well as acquirers of the business or assets of financially distressed companies as well as for court-appointed trustees. The close collaboration with the antitrust, corporate, real estate and tax groups is another asset. Additionally, the group assists with national and international debt enforcement and formal insolvency proceedings. Daniel Staehelin and Lukas Bopp jointly lead the practice.
