Kellerhals Carrard advises all types of clients, from start-ups to internationally listed companies as well as financial market players, and has recently been active in advising the Swiss federal council on new legislation regarding distributed ledger technology. Strengths of the practice, headed by financial services regulation specialist Cornelia Stengel, lie in particular in advice concerning online forms of credit, digital payment systems as well as financial market infrastructure projects, such as crowd-lending, digital wallets and central bank digital currencies. Lars Schlichting has a focus on crypto currencies, assets, funds and certificates. Having joined in May and January of 2021 respectively, Isabelle Romy and digital banks specialist Luca Bianchi are new arrivals to the team.
