Rhicha is the Chief Operations Officer and a partner at Bolt Burdon Kemp. Prior to this, she was head of the military claims team. 

In her role as Chief Operations Officer of the firm, Rhicha is responsible for: designing and implementing the firm’s infrastructure and business operations, establishing policies that promote BBKs values and overseeing the firm’s operations whilst co-ordinating the practice management team.
