Her experience includes advising on bilateral and syndicated loans, acquisition finance, pre-export financing, ECA-backed financing, asset finance, and refinancing and restructuring of existing indebtedness.


Prior to joining Ivanyan and Partners in 2016, Daria had worked for nine years at Linklaters in both its Moscow and London offices, where she made her way from trainee lawyer to managing associate.
