As head of the Private Client practice, Yulia advises UHNWI/HNWIs on non-contentious matters, focusing mainly on family law cases and acquisitions of real estate, art and antiquities, fine instruments, and private aircraft/yachts.

With 17+ years of practice, Yulia is also particularly strong in philanthropic projects, and has been acting as a legal expert in drafting amendments to Russian legislation on charity and non-profit organisations, including preferential tax treatment and endowments.
