Anna specialises in Russian commercial litigation and supporting bankruptcy proceedings of large trading and manufacturing companies. She has significant experience in protecting the interests of borrowers in disputes with credit institutions, as well as experience in representing clients in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.


Prior to joining the team of Ivanyan and Partners in 2009, Anna was a counsel at the St Petersburg Legal Expert Center. Prior to that, she worked in a Russian law firm, Raiffeisenbank, and the International Bar Association of St Petersburg.
