Dr. Mohammed is in the Jeddah office of LFSH. He has over 30 years administrative experience in security, administrative and legal work.

He was the Legal Advisor and Director of the Department of Legal Affairs at the General Passports Authority for 9 years, and investigated a number of cases relating to violation and abuse of job, cases of professional corruption, power abuse and violation of internal regulations. He pleaded on a number of important commercial and administrative cases, with enormous and substantial financial effect, and significant obligations vis-à-vis the passport sector. He represented the General Passports Authority with respect to a number of cases before Administrative Courts.

He has submitted a number of presentations in many legal conferences and forums, e.g. The International Conference on Border Security and the second forum of legal departments of the Ministry of Interior.

He conducted a number of training programs on pleading rules before the Administrative Courts and Commercial Chambers at the Board of Grievances.

He attended intensive courses on international law and drafting of contracts of local and international nature with multi-parties and other intensive courses in strategic planning and modern supervisory management.

He is professionally acquainted with the laws in Saudi Arabia, international arbitration regulations and the enforcement mechanisms thereof in the Kingdom.

He is an authority on drafting complex legal documents and verifying the information in a logical manner, in addition to his ability to communicate with the various legal authorities. He is diligently working on developing his legal abilities and is always ready to deal with the various legal issues.

He believes in the importance of the digital transformation in the legal field.

He has participated in several meetings with the Board of Experts of the Council of Ministers as representative of the General Directorate of Passports to review and submit suggestions related to the draft regulations for tourist visas and touristic security.

He was a member of a joint team of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for conducting external auditing and interviews with employees of several in-Kingdom joint stock companies.

He acted as an attorney before administrative, commercial and public courts on various cases.

He has rendered several legal advices in connection with administrative violations and has also participated in preparing and reviewing reports and judicial files falling within the jurisdiction of the control and anti-corruption authority.

He was a member of a team for providing legal advice to the Principality of Jeddah related to affiliate companies.

He has rendered legal advice related to mediation and settlements; he has also attended interviews with some employees of the Islamic Organization for Development of the Private Sector affiliated to the Islamic Development Bank in connection with mediation and settlements.
