Career
Haneen is a legal consultant on general Saudi law and works as part of a wider team of LFSH lawyers. In early 2007 up to late 2008, Haneen was seconded to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP where she was involved in advising many multinational clients across a range of industries – including telecommunications, transport, energy, financial services – and advised generally on a multitude of Saudi legal issues – including environmental law, general corporate, securitization, anti-competition, intellectual property, and labour law . She also gained valuable insight and training experience in various corporate merger and acquisition transactional deals and infrastructure development projects.
Subsequent to the end of her secondment , Haneen returned to LFSH and currently assists most lawyers with ongoing legal matters by providing professional legal support on Saudi law, particularly in relation to corporate, commercial and intellectual property legal advice to Saudi and foreign companies.
