Dr. Rania is working as a senior legal adviser with The Law Firm of Salah Al-Hejailan (in association with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP), Riyadh office, where she advises on taxation law matters, as well as on government and private companies.
From 1998 to 2006, Dr. Rania was a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University. She was involved in many committees for legal teaching and practice, and she traveled to Queen Mary University in England to complete her doctorate.
From 2007 to 2010, Dr. Rania was an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University. She was teaching many different courses in law such as: principles of economic science, money, banking and national income, public finance and economic analysis.
From 2011 to 2014, Dr. Rania was an Assistant Professor at the Law Department, Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She was teaching many different courses in law such as: zakat and taxation Law, administrative litigation, administrative law and contracts, criminal law, principles of jurisprudence and legal formulation. During the same period, Dr. Rania acted as a coordinator for many committees in Prince Sultan University where she gained significant experience in legal background and consultation.
From 2015 to 2017, Dr. Rania acted as a Chair of Law Department, Prince Sultan University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where she gained significant experience in management and university education.
