Sultan Al-Hejailan heads the LFSH offices in Jeddah and Al-Khobar. He has provided key advice and representation for both Saudi and foreign companies in all aspects of legal consulting and commercial transactions, with a focus on international joint ventures and distribution agreements and other commercial law issues. Sultan has in-depth experience advising on state legislative, regulatory and compliance matters specific to the Saudi business environment.
Sultan further has significant litigation experience in commercial, corporate and criminal law, and advocacy before the Saudi courts and Judicial Committees.
