Greenwoods GRM has a new lead corporate and commercial lawyer in Peterborough in Alastair Gunn since David Woods moved to lead the cross-office practice from Cambridge. The firm has a diverse client base that includes many of the region's SMEs as well as larger companies and PLCs from East Anglia and beyond. It has particular expertise in sectors such as food, media, technology and manufacturing. Associate Victoria Robinson and solicitor Ollie Flowers continued to build their reputation for incorporations, corporate governance issues, commercial agreements and the sale of assets and shares. Highlights for the practice included acting for shareholders of outsourced reliability maintenance services provider PEME in the sale of the business to private equity-backed Edwin James Holdings, and assisting Stratagem with its acquisition of Page Hargrave.
